Kenneth McGuire

Senior VP of Business Development

Kenneth McGuire is a results-driven sales executive with over 18 years of experience in the security industry serving a diverse portfolio of clients. He is a highly decorated retired Police Detective from Orange, NJ, and served as the National Law Enforcement Associates President in 2017, currently sits on the board of directors; and served as Sergeant of Arms for the NYC ASIS Chapter in 2016.

Peter Curcio

Today, he oversees our day-to-day administrative functions, manages internal affairs, and works closely with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure that every partner receives the service they have come to expect of Arrow Security.

Lou Sweet

As former Law Enforcement Officer and Security Director who eventually became a founding member of the US Department of Homeland Security, Lou’s industry experience is unmatched. Following a successful career with the Federal Government, he became certified to teach a variety of security courses and joined the Arrow Team. Lou remains an active, certified instructor in a variety of key areas while also providing Field Support services to the Arrow Team.
